Orders are dispatched within 24 hours: to an InPost parcel locker (PLN 13) or by courier (PLN 19). Digital content (e.g. e-books, PDF worksheets) is delivered to your e-mail address immediately upon payment.
Payment may be made online (BLIK, card, or express transfer via PayU) or by traditional bank transfer. If you wish to pay by traditional bank transfer, please contact us by e-mail to arrange the details and receive the payment information.

Delivery
1. Delivery costs for the Product, which are borne by the Customer, are determined during the order placement process and depend on the chosen delivery method (InPost parcel locker – PLN 13, DPD/DHL courier – PLN 19).
2. The delivery timeframe for the Product comprises the time required to prepare the Product and the carrier's delivery time:
• preparation time is 1 to 2 working days from the moment the payment due under the Sales Agreement is credited to the Seller's bank account, or from the moment the transaction is positively authorised by the electronic payment system;
• delivery of Products by carrier takes place within the timeframe declared by the carrier, i.e. 1 to 2 working days from despatch (delivery takes place on working days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
3. Products purchased from the Shop are dispatched via a courier company.
4. Digital Content (e.g. e-books, PDF worksheets) not stored on a durable medium is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer in the Order Form.

Payments
1. The Seller offers the following payment methods:
• payment by traditional bank transfer to the Seller's bank account (details provided upon e-mail contact),
• payment via the electronic payment system (PayU.pl).
2. Where payment via the electronic payment system is selected, the Customer makes payment before the Order is processed. The electronic payment system allows payment by credit card, BLIK, or express transfer from selected Polish banks.
3. The Customer is required to make payment within 3 working days of the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise. The Product will only be dispatched once payment has been received.
